Torrelavega (Cantabria) congratulates its champion cyclist

The Mayor, Javier López Estrada, and the Councillor for Safety, Pedro Pérez Noriega, have received this Monday the Local Police officer Carlos Lamadrid on the occasion of his great results in the ninth edition of the European Games.

Lamadrid returns to the capital of the Besaya after winning two medals in this competition: the gold medal in the Criterium of Speed (cycling) and the bronze medal in the Endurance (cycling).

The officer has expressed his intention to repeat his participation in these European Police and Fire Games, which are held every two years and in which, in this last edition, he was the only representative of Torrelavega.
