Following numerous requests to keep registration open for longer, even at an additional cost above the official price, the EPFG Board has decided to accommodate these requests without changing the standard initial price. For now, a 3-day standard extension is being granted (Friday, July 31 to Sunday, August 2) under the same conditions.

However, from Monday, August 3 through Sunday, September 15, new participants who register will NOT be entitled to the welcome pack (backpack with clothing) given to those who registered within the official deadline of July 30 (extended to August 2). This is a matter of fairness and respect, as well as a question of supplier deadlines for the production, shipping, and engraving of items, which could not be delivered on time.

It should also be noted, for both those already registered within the official deadline and new registrants alike, that the price of any extra competitions added will change every two weeks in August and September: +€5 / +€10 / +€15.
